30th May,1967:Today in Biafran History

20140530-144443.jpg

Oh my Biafra
my beautiful land
A land of peace
The land of my fore fathers
when shall i see you again
oh with tears in my eyes
i remember my fore sisters and brothers who paid the ultimate price with pangs of hunger and starvation
I shall weep no more
Because i see my beautiful Biafra in no distant time
flowing still yet with milk and honey
God bless the sweet land of Biafra for you and me!

Composed in remembrance of the souls that were lost during the Biafran/Nigerian war.

Men Health Corner:Things That Can Deflate Your Erection Depression

20140405-185221.jpg

The brain is an often-overlooked erogenous zone. Sexual excitement starts in your head and works its way down. Depression can dampen your desire and can lead to erectile dysfunction. Ironically, many of the drugs used to treat depression can also suppress your sex drive and make it harder to get an erection, and they can cause a delay in your orgasm.
Alcohol

You might consider having a few drinks to get in the mood, but overindulging could make it harder for you to finish the act. Heavy alcohol use can interfere with erections, but the effects are usually temporary. The good news is that moderate drinking — one or two drinks a day — might have health benefits like reducing heart disease risks. And those risks are similar to erectile dysfunction risks.
Medications

The contents of your medicine cabinet could affect your performance in the bedroom. A long list of common drugs can cause ED, including certain blood pressure drugs, pain medications, and antidepressants. Street drugs like amphetamines, cocaine, and marijuana can cause sexual problems in men, too.

Stress

It’s not easy to get in the mood when you’re overwhelmed by responsibilities at work and home. Stress can take its toll on many different parts of your body, including your penis. Deal with stress by making lifestyle changes that promote well-being and relaxation, such as exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and seeking professional help when appropriate.
Anger

Anger can make the blood rush to your face, but not to the one place you need it when you want to have sex. It’s not easy to feel romantic when you’re raging, whether your anger is directed at your partner or not. Unexpressed anger or improperly expressed anger can contribute to performance problems in the bedroom.

Anxiety

Worrying that you won’t be able to perform in bed can make it harder for you to do just that. Anxiety from other parts of your life can also spill over into the bedroom. All that worry can make you fear and avoid intimacy, which can spiral into a vicious cycle that puts a big strain on your sex life — and relationship.
Middle-Aged Spread

Carrying extra pounds can impact your sexual performance, and not just by lowering your self-esteem. Obese men have lower levels of the male hormone testosterone, which is important for sexual desire and producing an erection. Being overweight is also linked to high blood pressure and hardening of the arteries, which can reduce blood flow to the penis.
Self-Image

When you don’t like what you see in the mirror, it’s easy to assume your partner isn’t going to like the view, either. A negative self-image can make you worry not only about how you look, but also how well you’re going to perform in bed. That performance anxiety can make you too anxious to even attempt sex.
Low Libido

Low libido isn’t the same as erectile dysfunction, but a lot of the same factors that stifle an erection can also dampen your interest in sex. Low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, and certain medications can all reduce your sex drive. When all those worries are tied up with making love, your interest in sex can take a nosedive.
Your Health

Many different health conditions can affect the nerves, muscles, or blood flow that is needed to have an erection. Diabetes, high blood pressure, hardening of the arteries, spinal cord injuries, and multiple sclerosis can contribute to ED. Surgery to treat prostate or bladder problems can also affect the nerves and blood vessels that control an erection.

How to Solve Erection Problems

It can be embarrassing to talk to your doctor about your sex life, but it’s the best way to get treated and get back to being intimate with your partner. Your doctor can pinpoint the source of the problem and may recommend lifestyle interventions like quitting smoking or losing weight. Other treatment options are ED drugs, hormone treatments, a suction device that helps create an erection, or counseling.

Insanity:Animals Satisfies My Sexual Urge And I Asked The Goat For Permission,20 Year Old Man Caught Sleeping With A Goat Confesses

20140221-154945.jpg

The chief magistrate’s court sitting in Dutse has ordered the remand of the boy, Malam Kamisu Baranda, in prison for two weeks.

Magistrate Awwalu Sani Balago said the accused person did not confess that he committed the act but the court remanded him to allow police make further inquiries.

Kamisu was said to have admitted that the goat belonged to him and that he had asked the goat to have sexual intercourse with him but he was arrested by the village head of the area and handed over to the police.
He explained that this was not the first time of having sex with animals inside bush because he has done it over 10 times and was never arrested.

He regretted that if he knew that he would be arrested, he would have not tried it because it was the reason why he did not make love with women in the area. He said animals satisfied his demand, that is why he is not after women in the state just to avoid embarrassment but still he found himself ambushed by people in the area.

He called on the court to do justice for him because he knows that what he did was an offense to a society and against the Islamic injunctions.

(Photo): 40 Year Old Nigerian Drug Trafficker Excretes 63 Wraps Of Cocaine At Lagos Airport

20140221-142728.jpg

Officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) at the departure hall of the Murtalla Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) Lagos have apprehended a suspected drug trafficker. The forty (40) year old suspect, Amobi Okoye living in Ancona, Italy was arrested while trying to board an Alitalia flight. He was found to have swallowed sixty-three (63) wraps of substances that tested positive for cocaine weighing 1.030kg. The suspect, in his statement said that he came to Nigeria in search for a wife but decided to smuggle cocaine because he was broke.
According to the NDLEA Airport commander, Mr. Hamza Umar, the suspect was nabbed with the help of scanning machine. In his words, “a forty (40) year old Nigerian living in Italy, Amobi Okoye has been arrested for trafficking in cocaine. The suspect was nabbed with the assistance of scanning machine. While under observation, he excreted a total of sixty-three (63) wraps of powdery substances weighing 1.030kg that tested positive for cocaine. He is currently under investigation”.
The suspect who has been living in Italy since 2009 disclosed that he came home in December 2013 in search for a wife but got involved in drug trafficking because he was broke. “My involvement in cocaine trafficking was an afterthought. The reason I came to Nigeria in December 2013 was to search for a wife. In the process, I spent all the money with me. While searching for money to buy my ticket back to Italy, I was introduced into drug trafficking. They promised to pay me 4,000 dollars in addition to all travel expenses. It was a difficult decision for me but it was my last hope” Amobi stated. He hails from Enugu State.
Chairman/Chief Executive of the NDLEA, Ahmadu Giade called on members of the public to avoid drug trafficking and support the anti-drug campaign. “Drug mules must shun drug trafficking in their best interest and that of the society at large. It is important for them to realize that the financial inducement offered by drug barons is insignificant compared with the damage to their reputation and that of their families. The best solution is to say no to drug trafficking at all times” Giade stated.
The suspect will be charged to court soon.
